Donations or Bequests

Family Based Care (North) is a not-for-profit community-based organisation managed by a volunteer Board of Management with representation from clients and members of the business and general community.

Family Based Care (North) has provided high standard care services to people in Northern Tasmania since 1983.

Services are provided to people who are frail through age or illness, people with disabilities and their carers to maximise client independence and choice to remain living at home.

Family Based Care (North) is dedicated to providing quality services through the values of respect, honesty, transparency, fairness and open communication.

All donations to Family Based Care (North) are used to provide care and support to people in Northern Tasmania.

A donation can be made as a bequest in your will or you can complete a Family Based Care (North) donation leaflet. The leaflet can either be downloaded from below or it can be requested from Family Based Care (North) on 6333 3999.
